We finally used her Burgoo coupons. Food was yummy! Service was also good. My first time to eat at their Trinoma branch. There weren’t a lot of customers but it felt cramped. I don’t know why. But they had a wall for amateur art pieces, so there goes redemption. For dessert, we had some moist chocolate cake from Mary Grace.
Good time with the girls, as usual. We talked about a number of things— school and travel and cheer dance and the proposal. (: Too bad @abibubiboink and @ileynsanshayn had to miss it.
Gumbo, Gateway. Belated birthday dinner with my most favorite brother and my most favorite sister. I don’t have much choice, really. They are the only ones I’ve got! Lols. My brother’s girlfriend also went with us cos they were coming from the movies together. Meanwhile, the parents are still in Myanmar. Yes, my brother loves seafood! Crabs, in particular. (:

I was supposed to meet her and @devani at the exact date o her birthday but a sudden migraine attack which lead to a barfing sesh caused my absence. It took a week for us to re-sched. We were joined by @titancastaway and @HHHeich for dinner at Seafood Island, this time in Techno Hub. Her cake was a Quatro Leche from Cake 2 go.Yum!

Dencio’s, Trinoma. We first went to Cyma but I don’t know what was wrong, if it was us or the place. We were seated in a table at the mid portion of the room and we just couldn’t hear each other. We wanted to talk so we got up and went. Ended up at Dencio’s to order sinigang and sisig! Very fitting for a birthday! Haha. I feel so old! ):

John and Yoko, Greenbelt 5. @abibubiboink’s birthday. Food was good but thumbs down for service as they made us pay corkage for the cake which we got from Cheesecake, etc!. So unkind. ): We would have ordered one in house if they actually sold cakes. @dinogerv took care of everything but still —it was her birthday and it was such a spoiler.
Seafood Island, TriNoma. She’s usually not free and busy so when she made a call, I think we all made an effort to show up. Haha. We tried two of Seafood Island’s boodle feasts. I don’t remember the names now. But they definitely had too much for the six of us! For dessert, we tried the different cupcakes from Frostings, @d3vani and I got her in place of a huge cake. Another good night with the Lolas.

We stayed at the peak that night with the other happy campers. Yes, its true -we built tents and slept on them. Yes, there were dogs and horses and cattle all around. It was pretty cold up there so the alcohol we had before bed definitely helped. We also cooked dinner and breakfast without a proper cook set. Haha. Lunch was downhill with a view of the beach. Our guide was kind enough to see us there again.
We also surprised @ileynsanshayn with cupcakes and candles as she turned 27. It’s always fun to go with your friends. My first was just a day hike. So this one was a completely different experience. (:
