Hi, I'm Pi and I usually have trouble writing long posts. d: Nothing in here can be used against me. :D
Negros Museum, Bacolod City. After packing our bags and buying some pasalubong, we still had time to spare, so we just strolled around the lagoon across the old provincial capitol and dropped by the nearby museum. They have a couple of really interesting pieces in that place —old letters, ancient laboratory supplies, glassware, mostly relics from the Spanish era. My favorite however was the room filled with toys! The Matryoshka dolls from their collection were really pretty. (:
The Ruins, Bacolod City. Next stop was The Ruins. Literally, ruins of an old house built during the Spanish era. It was burned by Filipino soldiers during World War II so the Japanese won’t be able to use it as home base. All the wooden portions were lost but the structure was miraculously saved. They say they use eggs instead of water during those times to mix cement so that could possibly explain it.
Mambukal, Bacolod City. We initially planned to take the ferry to Iloilo then travel to Guimaras for the day off but the person we were supposed to meet had to be in Manila so we spent the day going through with what the HR team set for us. We had a nice lunch at Mambukal Resort.
Phinma Center, Tagaytay City. I didn’t have the chance to take a lot of pictures but the trees, they really looked pretty. (:
